systemIQTM is a web-based software application that is designed to automate the process of determining, documenting, and reporting System Health at a site and across an enterprise. The tool integrates data from supporting systems (CMMS, CR Database, etc.) into a flexible, weighted algorithm to automatically calculate overall system health. Outputs are designed for customer-specific management reporting requirements and Plant Health Committee decision-making.

Primary users include System Engineering, Plant Health Committee, and Site and Corporate Management personnel.

Fleet-wide, color-coded displays provide visibility to System Health for the entire enterprise.
System health overview and executive summaries allow site and corporate management to see neccessary data without querying system managers.

System Health for each unit and site is displayed in a color-coded matrix.
Assigned System Managers and multi-period status trends are available on a single display.
Users can drill down to view underlying work orders, condition reports, functional failures, component health reports, diagnostic data, etc.

System Health Reports contain flexible indicators and an automatic, objective scoring algorithm with weights and criteria.
For Systems whose health falls below acceptable levels, recovery action plans can be created and tracked.
Other data such as Operating Experience (OE), Issues and Concerns, and Long Term Life Cycle Plans can be included as part of a standard Health Report depending on each customer’s reporting requirements.
