LeakManagerTM is a web-based software application that allows plants to identify, track, and trend leaks on equipment in a plant.  LeakManagerTM is a flexible application that is designed to match a plant's Fluid Leak Management Program (FLM) and processes. IKS will provide an on-site assessment of the FLM Program and process flow and mirror those processes in the application.
Primary users include Valve Packing Specialist, Component Engineers, Planners, and anyone in the organization tasked with leak reduction.
 
  • Main SearchUsers can track the lifecycle of a leak in the plant through a revisioning process.
  • Observe changes in the leak over time.
  • Images can be added to provide a visual reference for the leak.
  • Packing ConfigThe Work Review module integrates with plant Work Management to streamline the review of any work items such as Work Orders and Condition Reports.
  • Items can be associated with Leaks with different basis's, such as New Leak Identification, Open Leak Continuous Assessment, or Open leak Correction.

 

  • Packing ScreenLeakManagerTM can collect any attributes the plant might find useful to store against a leak. Some of these may include Volume, Fluid Type, Source, or Corrective Action.
  • Users can store photos of leaks throughout the lifecycle of the leak.
