IKS has learned that effective project management begins with organization and communication. IKS has developed an implementation methodology that includes documentation milestones and the software and IT tools to organize project materials and to clearly communicate expectations, tasks, milestones, action items, etc. The methodology includes both IKS and customer resources and tasks which are tracked in an integrated schedule. Also incorporated are Software Quality Assurance (SQA) requirements including Validation and Verification, Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, etc.
