LTAmanagerTM (Long Term Asset Manager) is a web-based application for collecting and reviewing long term asset management issues and to facilitate Life Cycle Management. Issues are collected from Component, Program, and System Health and include sponsoring individuals, risk categories, affected component types, financial and budget projections, outage/non-outage information, milestones and success/risk factors, and other fields. Issues are prioritized using an objective algorithm with configurable indicators and weights.

Primary users include System Engineering, Plant Health Committee, Technical Review Boards, and Site and Corporate Finance and Management personnel.

Issues contain header information, Financial Information, Prioritization and associations to SystemIQ, ProgramIQ, and ComponentIQ.
Workflow is available to electronically route from initiation through various approval levels.

Track Required Capital, O&M, and other expenses, using dates, amounts, budget approval status, and other fields.
Budget line items can be projected for 5, 10, and even 30 years into the future and support financial forecasting.
Graphical displays are available for easy analysis.

Issues are automatically prioritized and ranked based on an objective ranking algorithm
Lists can be generated by site or to support fleet integration and optimization
Ranking inputs and weights can be tailored to site and corporate goals and business objectives
