Primary users include Site and Corporate PM Coordinators, Component and System Engineering, and Maintenance personnel.
PCM/PM Templates are stored by equipment type in a centralized database and shared through Microsoft Internet Explorer. - Templates stored in the IQreviewTM template module are much easier to find, standardize, revise, and approve than those stored in Microsoft Word or Excel documents.
- Templates are managed efficiently by a simple revision control and approval process. Templates can contain an unlimited number of tasks and basis fields.
- Task frequencies are organized by criticality, service condition, and duty cycle. The impact of a template's change on manpower, resources and the number of components affected can clearly be identified.
Asset Classification can be performed for each piece of equipment to determine and document functional importance (e.g. critical, non-critical, run-to-failure), duty cycle, and service condition. - The user is stepped through a series of questions in a wizard type form that leads to the final classification.
- Questions and/or criteria can be configured to match INPO AP-913 guidelines and/or customer specific requirements.
IQreviewTM supports continuous improvement and a “Living” basis with revision control and approval workflow processes for PM Templates and for the equipment-based Maintenance Strategies. - Change Requests are automatically sent through a review queue for evaluation and electronically routed to appropriate groups for approval. Since the Maintenance Basis is data intensive, extensive productivity tools are available for users to make bulk changes.
